billing manager
Nikki Anderson
Nikki is a recent graduate of South Puget Sound Community College. She got her degree in medical billing and coding and found her start at Derrick Family Chiropractic and Massage through an internship at SPSCC. She is currently the billing manager and is in charge of credentialing. She wants to make sure that patients understand their bill and making the patient happy is her number one priority.
massage scheduler coordinator
Sandy Crane
Sandy is our massage scheduler coordinator. She was a massage therapist for many years and therefore knows the perfect massage therapist for your taste. Whether you like a deep tissue massage or a soft massage she will match you up with the person that you will like best.
Billing
Kaylee Dowell
Kaylee is the most recent addition to the Derrick Family Chiropractic and Massage staff. She got her degree in medical billing and coding and went through an internship that South Puget Sound Community College provided. She is currently learning the ins and outs of billing and coding here and helping with patient care.
Medical Records Librarian & Receptionist
Lily Box
Lily is the Medical Records Librarian and Receptionist here at Derrick Family Chiropractic and Massage. She is currently in school to get her degree in arts and communications through the Running Start Program at South Puget Sound Community College. She will stay with us until she graduates, then she will transfer to a university to study English.
